Jesus on the Streets (on a beautiful day) - November 14, 2021

It was a beautiful, cool fall day in Brockton where we served 80 meals across 3 locations. The feeling on the streets is a bit more desperate as winter approaches and people are asking for warm clothes. A tent city that we serve has a number of newcomers to homelessness and they are really struggling.

Prayers were heartfelt as we lifted up Tonys sister who is undergoing chemotherapy. Will who needs to see a doctor but is afraid. Mike’s girlfriend got housing and is off the streets (answered prayer)! Manuel is back on his feet and didn’t need anything, he just wanted to say hello and thank you. Joe is now going to the VA for benefits. (So many veterans are too proud to accept help from VA.) Steve is off his walker and only uses a cane. He’s been told he has housing starting Dec 1 (answered prayer), which will allow him hip surgery (answered prayer). Alison just wants prayer throughout the week. Jessica needs prayer for her health. Danny is hoping to go to church but his car is broken down.

Thank you all so much for praying for our friends and for our ministry!
