Jesus on the Streets of Attleboro (on a wet day) - January 1, 2022

It was a cold, wet day in Attleboro on Saturday where we served 33 people (in the rain). Attleboro was kind of slow on New Year’s Day with lots of people staying indoors but thanks to Evangelical Covenant Church, Attleboro we were able to provide a lot of love to those who came seeking some joy.

Tim is excited to be able to see clearly now that eye surgery has replaced both his eyeball lenses. (His description of being awake and talking to the surgeon during the operation was a bit disturbing.) Fred is praying for a new apartment. Debbie is now living in a doorway again. Ronda needs prayer as she starts chemo therapy on Wednesday.

The needs are great. For so many of our friends on the street the lack of family and the let down after Christmas and New Years (where nothing changed) has left them struggling for hope. We thank you for your support, which allows us to continue to love the least of these.
