Jesus on the Streets (in Attleboro) - October 14, 2023

Here’s an update from the LYNN Ministries team at Evangelical Covenant Church, Attleboro who served today in Attleboro:

Today was a beautiful day in Attleboro. We saw around 60 people. Everyone was in a great mood despite having to wait a little extra in line for clothes. Lots of new faces and families.

Please pray for:

-Christine who came to us from Minnesota. She is new to the area and experiencing homelessness after an unfortunate and unexpected situation. We hope to connect her with several resources in the area.

-Bob who is going into rehabilitation for his alcohol addiction. He says he’s ready and really wants to get his life straightened out.

-Linda is struggling with her diabetes and how it’s affecting her body. Prayers for good numbers and working medications.

-Willie isn’t feeling the best. He says his body is tired.

-Carrie and Eric. Eric is currently in custody and will be for several weeks (possibly months). Carrie is on her own for the time and in need of safety. Carrie is also experiencing some health issues after suffering an injured finger. She had a bone infection and a few other issues as well that required hospitalization and antibiotics.

- Several new families have joined us as they are part of the refugee/asylum groups that have joined the Attleboro and surrounding communities. Prayers for them as they settle and seek employment.

-Ms. Leblanc is without a vehicle at the moment and dependent on others (her granddaughter) for rides to the HobbyHut.

Thank you all for your ongoing support!
