Jesus on the Streets (and slightly warmer) - February 20, 2022
Today was slightly warmer on the second day of a double-header weekend as a team from The Fellowship Church served 84 meals of chili in Brockton. Here’s their report.
We had a great day of serving, sharing, caring and praying with our friends living on the margins in Brockton.
So many reasons to be thankful and hopeful as we see God working in lives and on the streets of Brockton. Give God the glory for answered prayers for Jose in finding him a place to live! Lift up Vincent as he awaits his green card status and trusts Jesus to work his situation out for good. Remember those who can’t articulate their deepest needs, but need Jesus’s healing touch on their hearts, minds, and bodies. We are so grateful for the wonderful team of volunteers from The Fellowship who blessed our friends with a hot meal and a loving heart. Pray that God will raise up more people to join in and find a place in their hearts to participate in the work of advancing God’s kingdom in Brockton and all our neighborhoods.
Thank you again to all those who make LYNN Ministries possible!
