Brockton - February 21, 2026

The snow held off last Saturday as we served in Brockton but it was overcast and temperatures stayed around 30 so it felt cold. It was the 3rd Saturday so we packed a full load of clothes, toiletries and food. The team was a bit small, but God showed up to lend a hand. We served 57 people across four locations all of whom were afraid about the blizzard that was coming on Sunday. Many people were looking for coats, blankets, tents anything to protect them from the weather and sadly, in some cases, we were not able to fulfill those requests.

The team included volunteers from: Church of Emmanuel, Grace Chapel, St. Mary's Foxboro, Arabic Evangelical Baptist Church Of Boston.

We had some awesome prayer time with so many people, including 3 guys named Sean and 3 guys named Michael. Here’s the list:

– Sandy was delighted to get some new boots.

– Sheila continues to become more friendly as so we are simply praying for her this week.

– Alejandro came to visit along with a new friend Jay. They were so pleased to get fresh clothes and asked for protection through the storm.

– There was a little girl named Angel, who was helping her mom with translations. Please be praying for her.

– Sean #1 was a new guy and really quite thankful.

– Diana is praying for health and for her family. She has three boys, 10 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

– Brandon was a first-timer meeting us. He is from Boston but was visiting family.

– Seth asked for prayers for his children and for their mother who is not allowed to see the children.

– Freddy turned 73 years old last week and so we sang to him.
