Brockton - August 9, 2026

It was a hot day yesterday as the LYNN Ministries team served 82 of our friends on the streets of Brockton. It was more hectic than usual with a festival scheduled in one of the parks, but still the team was able to bring hot food, cold drinks, and warm prayer to our friends on the streets.

The team was treated to Phil playing saxophone, which was a nice surprise.

Here are the names of those who asked for prayer:

- Enoch family in the Dominican Republic

- Sanyouly is gonna have a baby with (Eve) this February

- Keith living in the shelter, prayed over his friends

- Susan her 2 kids

- Ricky bike has a flat tire

- Barbara lives in her car, needs a place to stay

- BP going on a fishing trip tomorrow with his coworkers

- Sal moving next month

- Barbara (Hot Wheels) in her motorized wheelchair, just loving life, blessing

- Phil plays the saxophone, needs a place to stay, just moved out of his dad's property last week

- Carlos & Em protection

- Kayla's family

- Isabella protection, smile, a light

- Danietia prays for his family and that he can feel God's love for him.

- Derek needs prayer so that he is able to '"let go." He said "letting go would be like helping someone die so you can live."

- Donny is desperate in severe agonizing back pain. He moves around using a transport-style wheel chair. He is frustrated and angry and traveled from Perkins Park using one foot to move the chair.

- Sal is moving to Quincy soon; the end of August. He is happy, but he will be missed.

- Charlie was kicked out of his camping spot by the authorities. He has lived there for 6 years. He will miss the raccoons that he befriended. Thankfully, he has located a new spot and is in the process of locating new pallets to get off the ground, and other things.

- Kenny suffers from breathing issues and is having a difficult time in the heat and humidity.

- General prayer was asked for: Jean, Daniel, Robert, Manny, and Domingues
