Jesus on the Streets (on a beautiful day) - July 30, 2023

Today was a beautiful day in Brockton where we were joined by four members of Trumpet of Glory Ministries to serve 119 meals to our friends on the street. It’s the end of the month so money is running low for some people and tempers were running hot. That said, those near our serving team remained on good behavior (for the most part).

- Arthur was celebrating a birthday so we sang for him. (He got a bit teary eyed.)

- Carlos needs prayers for his eyesight, which is failing.

- Emmanuel was very happy we knew that his name means “God with us”.

- George was feeling emotional as he was wearing a t-shirt in memory of our friend Eric Cohen who was killed 2 years ago while defending a woman.

- Donna (Rocky) needs money (security deposit) for her new apartment.

- Jose is praying he can stay safe from bad people.

- Rae and Kiahlee are watching for God at work this week.

- Erika is still living outside and seems nervous.

- Junior is hoping to go back to rehab and we pray he goes.

- Anthony is mourning the death of his Aunt Irene (who took him in when he left home).

- Tara is thankful her surgery went well.

- Kiki is praying for Pastor Roberto’s church after all the recent tragedy.

- Wayne is hoping to get a ride to Waters Church.

- Nori is praying for healing and motivation.

It was a busy day but very fulfilling, and we are always so happy to see our friends growing in confidence and faith. Thank you for your ongoing support!
