Jesus on the Streets of Brockton (in the cold) - February 6, 2022
It was a really beautiful but cold day in Brockton where we served 59 meals and we served far more cups of coffee and hot chocolate than that (we ran out of cups).
Many prayers were requested including Pam who wants sanity and internal peace. Susan is asking for prayers for Victor who is suffering from frostbite on his feet. Chris is asking for strength, guidance, and progress as he waits for permanent housing. Bobby, whose friend George died a couple days ago, is really heartbroken. Charlie is very worried about her friend Moyo, who won’t leave his tent, won’t eat, can’t feel his hands, and seems to have a broken collarbone. Wendy is sleeping outside and is suffering anxiety. Trevelle is homeless, and wants to get his life together for his 5 kids and to overcome opiates. Rosco was not well and hoping for an apartment. Chris and Jacquie are still struggling with past decisions and life choices. Katrina is missing her boyfriend (DJ) who has been diagnosed with COVID. Jackie is worried about two friends with COVID. Alejandro is praying that he can stay focused on his job and following his success plan/goals. Noah was happy to be able to speak Spanish with Lyla. Kenny is both happy and sad that his 5 year-old daughter has been adopted and he’s fearful that his leg (knee brace) is not healing well. Anthony is now 7 months sober! Will is 11 years sober!
We thank you all for supporting LYNN Ministries!
