Brockton - May 5, 2024

It was an awesome day serving in Brockton today despite the cold wind and random rain drops. We served about 90 meals of Chicken Marsala across 3 locations and had some awesome moments of ministry. Here are the prayer requests:

- Esmeralda didn’t understand a word of my prayer, except for “Jesus” and “Amen”.

- Robert asked for prayers for the Red Sox (amen to that!) and then for 10 more years of life. He then prayed for LYNN Ministries.

- Louis asked for prayers for the health of his sister. He then reminded me about all the people that Jesus healed.

- Mickey asked for prayers for his health, depression, and anxiety.

- Robena asked for prayers for housing for her and her brother.

- Jose (in a wheelchair) was in rough shape. We offered to bandage his knees, which were badly gouged and dirty but he would only accept the bandages to put on himself.

- Angie let us pray for her! (First time in 10 years!)

- Antonio prayed for us and was in tears by the time he was done.

- Tasha is asking for Gods comfort as she mourns the death of her brother last Fall.

We had so many poignant moments this week. It started slow but ramped up quickly and it turned out to be such a powerful day. Thank you to everyone who blesses us by making this ministry possible!
