Brockton - December 7, 2025

It was a cold crisp day on Sunday, but the skies were clear and our hearts were warm as we served 86 meals to our friends in Brockton.

We had volunteers from: Church of Emmanuel,South Shore Community Church,St. Mary's Foxboro, Beacon Covenant Church, Attleboro

For prayer requests, we have the following list:

– Tim has been free of cancer for 21 years. He is praying for the last remaining member of his family.

– Guillermo was very happy to tell me that he reads his father‘s Bible every day for the past 24 years. He likes it better because it’s very thick and he says he has to read it often to keep it from getting dusty.

– Becca is praying for peace and harmony and physical health and for her boyfriend in jail.

– Mary is praying for her health and for the well-being of her three children and for all the homeless on the streets.

– Sarah is praying for warmer weather and for health of her two boys.

– Joe is praying for success and for a home and to stop trying to do it alone.

– Bruins John was feisty today but he was also very happy to see us.

– Julie is praying for safety and for health.

– David is praying for Kristine to get better.

– Skylar is praying for her kids to remain healthy.

– Michael is praying to find his way into a new home, for his six-year-old daughter, and hoping to get into a program.

– Don and Laura are praying to get out of their current neighborhood and into a safe place.

– Hernan was very pleased to get new boots.

– Marina is praying for school and for her son and family.

– Diane is praying to overcome her stress and be out of the hospital. She is celebrating her 10 year anniversary from eye cancer.

– Quentin is praying to get his section 8 home, and for his wife.

– Joanne is praying for safety, to overcome her depression and for housing.

– People who just asked for general prayer include Lisa, Rob, Ric, Russell, Junior and Anna.

We thank all of those who support LYNN Ministries and help us to do this vital work, especially as it now gets more cold and people are getting more desperate.
