Brockton - December 22, 2024

On Sunday, the LYNN Ministries team from The Fellowship church in Easton was serving in Brockton. Here is their update.

It was a bitterly cold day which kept many of our friends indoors wherever they could find shelter. However, for the 44 folks who received a hot meal of chicken pot pie and coffee/cocoa, we provided exactly what was needed.

The weather kept conversations brief, but still we had opportunity to pray for work for several friends. We also shared words of encouragement and the truth that God sees, knows, and loves each of us.

As we celebrate Christmas with family and loved ones, join us in remembering those for whom Christmas is centered on surviving. Pray we'll respond faithfully to God's call to love the least of these.
